Likeik is ISO 27001-certified. Our entire technology infrastructure is hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud, which upholds the most stringent information security standards and certificates.
Your information can be accessed by our staff, duly informed of how it may and may not be used. They are bound by confidentiality obligations. It may also be provided to the competent authorities and courts if we are so required under applicable legislation.


8. Know your rights

Pursuant to General Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the GDPR), you have the following rights with respect to the processing of your personal data:

1. Right of access. You have the right to check whether we are processing any of your personal data and, if so, to obtain a copy of the data and information about the processing purposes.

2. Right to rectification. You have the right to have mistakes corrected, imprecise or incomplete data completed and to be assured of the accuracy of the information to be processed.

3. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten). You have the right to ask to have your data erased without undue delay in the event of unlawful processing and when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

7. Right to data portability. You have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller without hindrance.

You can exercise these rights free of charge unless you present requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case the data subject may be required to assume the cost of handling the request.
